To exercise the return right, the Customer must send an EMAIL to " info@labiancheriaperlacasa.com " and inform us of the return request within 14 days from receiving the order.

Upon receiving the email, DITTA MASSA ELIO will contact and subsequently authorize the customer to ship the product under the right of withdrawal, which must reach our offices within 14 working days.

The Customer has 2 options:

1. Ship the return to our address independently, using your trusted courier.

2. If requested, we can arrange the pickup with our courier for € 9.90. This amount will be deducted from the refund.

The driver will arrive at your address with the necessary documents and will collect the package. Simply repackage the goods and include the order reference, name, and surname inside the package.

Once the return is received, within 5 working days, we will check the goods and issue the refund, which will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase.

It is very important to include your details, name, surname, and order reference inside the package so that we can proceed with the refund.
