Shipping

Deliveries will be made throughout Italy using TNT Express or DHL.

The shipping fee is € 9.90 in total for all items you purchase.

Delivery Attempts

We make two delivery attempts. On the third attempt, the package will be held at the nearest courier office. If the package is returned to the sender, shipping fees and storage charges will be applied. Therefore, it is your responsibility to track the shipment in transit to your home/office.

Order Processing Times

The order will be delivered to our courier within 2/3 working days, and the transit time is generally 48/72 hours, except in areas such as islands and remote countries, where it may take up to 96 hours. No responsibility can be attributed to Ditta Massa Elio for delays or non-delivery caused by force majeure or unforeseen circumstances.
