Returns and refunds

To which address should I send the product to be returned?

You must send it back to our address, remember to put your references inside the package.

How do I make a return?

If you need to make a return, write us an email (to: info@labiancheriaperlacasa.com) and indicate your order reference, we will reply authorizing you to send the goods back.

You have the option of returning the goods within 14 days from when you received the order, whatever the reason.


How much are the return shipping costs?

You have 2 solutions:

1. Send your return to our address with your trusted courier. The goods must be sent back to: DITTA MASSA ELIO Via Torino, 72 10077 San Maurizio Canavese -TO- tel.0119277642

2. At your request we can pick it up with our courier for € 9.90. This amount will be deducted from the refund.

The driver will show up at your home with the necessary documents and pick up your package, simply repack the goods and put your order reference, name and surname inside the package.


How long do I have to make a return?

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to make a return. The return procedure is written in the other questions.


How does the refund take place once I have made the return?

Once we have received the goods and checked their condition, we will issue the refund which will take place on the same method you used to make the purchase.

1. Credit cards, once the refund is issued it will take 5 to 7 days to appear on your card statement, this depends on the credit institution.

2. PayPal, the refund is almost immediate, as soon as it is issued you will receive the notification from PayPal and the credit will take place in about 48 hours.

3. Amazon Pay, also in this case Amazon will send you the notification that the refund has been issued.

4. Bank Transfer, the refund will be accounted for in about 3 working days.

5. If you have paid cash on delivery, then in cash to the courier, we will make the bank transfer to the account you indicated during the return, we recommend that you put the IBAN inside the package you returned.


Can I return a washed product?

Unfortunately no, the return is not accepted if the goods are washed, they must be made exactly new and intact as they were delivered.
